Announcement of the final election results, PDK submits three complaints to the ECAP

The Central Election Commission on Saturday announced the final results for the February 9 elections.
According to these results, the Vetëvendosje Movement (LVV) won with over 390.000 votes or 42.30 percent.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) came in second with over 190.000 votes, or 20.95 percent, followed by the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) with over 170.000 votes, or 18.27 percent.
In fourth place is the coalition between the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) and the Social Democratic Initiative with over 66.000 votes or 7.06 percent. The Serbian List – the largest Serb party in Kosovo – secured over 39.000 votes or 4.26 percent.
And the certification of these results will apparently take even longer, since three complaints have already been submitted to the ECAP.
In a response to the Telegraph, the Electoral Panel for Complaints and Submissions announced that the complaints were submitted by the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
"The ECAP has so far received three complaints regarding the announcement of the final results. These three complaints were filed by the political entity PDK," the ECAP's response states.
ECAP has also announced that the deadline for submitting complaints ends today at 17:00.
And for reviewing complaints and making a decision according to the new Law on Elections, ECAP has a deadline to do this within 96 hours from the submission of the complaint.
According to the final results announced by the CEC, the LVV has secured 48 seats in the Kosovo Assembly, the PDK, 24, the LDK, 20 seats, the Serbian List, nine seats, and the AAK-Nisma coalition, eight seats. /Telegraph/
