Andonovski: I expect 20 to 30 new electronic services by the end of the year

The Minister for Digital Transformation, Stefan Andonovski, expects twenty to thirty new electronic services by the end of the year. Speaking about the increase in the number of electronic services, as well as digitalization in general, in an interview with TV Alfa, Andonovski emphasized tonight that there is a possibility of exceeding this number and noted that some of those services will be related to issues related to the FSSHM.
The Minister of Digital Transformation, Stefan Andonovski, expects that 20 to 30 new electronic services will be offered by the end of the year. Speaking about the increase in the number of electronic services and the digitalization process in general, Andonovski emphasized that there is a possibility that this figure will be exceeded, adding that some of these services will be linked to the Health Insurance Fund (HSF).
"For me, the FSSH is very important, because it is one of the key institutions that every citizen may need to use - for the extension of sick leave, its activation, changing jobs and other issues where the insured also change. There are many activities that citizens use," Andonovski emphasized, adding that a large number of electronic services will come precisely from the FSSH.
He also announced about 15 new services from the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Mineral Resources, which will be mainly related to licenses and certificates for companies, and not directly for citizens. In addition to these 20–30 planned and budget-financed services, Andonovski expects about 30 more services from a project that is expected to launch this spring, supported by the European Union, specifically from an IPA project (component three).
"I expect the year to end with many more electronic services. Last year we had a 74 percent increase in the number of monthly services we offer to citizens. In 2024 the average was 3.450 services, while in 2025 the average is 13.450, which shows an enormous increase. The number of users has increased by 62 percent compared to 2024," Andonovski declared.
He emphasized that citizens have accepted and recognize the National Portal for e-services, adding that work is currently being done to improve it, both in terms of hardware and software, in order to make it faster, more accessible, more secure and easier to use.
