Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has disagreed with his Manchester City counterpart Pep Guardiola regarding the English team's chances of progressing to the Champions League.
Guardiola has stated that his team has minimal chances of eliminating Real Madrid in the return leg on Wednesday, but his rival, Ancelotti, does not think so.
"Guardiola says they have a 1% chance of qualifying? Well, I don't agree," Ancelotti initially said before the match against City.
"We just think we have a small advantage that we should exploit."
"I'm sure they think they have more than a 1% chance, but we don't think so," the Italian concluded.
Ancelotti is smart with his response. Real Madrid beat City 3-2 in the first leg, which is just a one-goal margin that could easily be erased.
Real Madrid still has a lot of work to do in every area of the pitch if they want to advance to the round of 1. /Telegraph/
