Unexpectedly, Ancelotti's deal with Brazil fails

Even though practically everything was agreed, Carlo Ancelotti still will not become Brazil coach.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Marca and Brazilian newspaper Globo, Ancelotti decided to negotiate with the Brazilian without Real's knowledge.

The Brazilian Football Federation (CBF) and Ancelotti have agreed on all the details of the collaboration, and the Italian coach was supposed to take over the leadership of the national team in June.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez promised Ancelotti all the wages he was due under his contract, but when he heard that Ancelotti had signed a contract with Brazil behind their backs and promised them that he would be coach from June, even though he has a contract with Real until July, he was very disappointed.

Therefore, Ancelotti is faced with a big problem because now Real do not want to let him go before the end of his contract in July, and the CBF has no time to wait because they want to have a coach in place as early as June.

However, Ancelotti will not become Brazil coach and now the leading candidate for the position is Jorge Jesus.

But Ancelotti doesn't have to worry about his job. He has reportedly already received an offer from Saudi Arabia worth €50m per season.

Al-Hilal has offered the trophy-winning coach a non-refundable salary and it seems that this is Ancelotti's next destination. /Telegraph/
