The opposition parties PDK, LDK and AAK published today the lists of candidates for deputies for the December 28 elections, while political analysts have given their assessments of the composition and strategy of each list.

Analyst Ylli Hoxha has commented on the PDK list, describing Memli Krasniqi's removal from the list as a strategic mistake.

"Memli Krasniqi's absence should be discussed. It was not a smart thing to remove him from the list. He left on his own accord, but I think it will be a loss for the PDK parliamentary group," Hoxha said on Debat Plus.

According to him, PDK has chosen to send a message of renewal, by introducing many new names into the top 10.

Analyst Visar Ymeri described the Democratic League of Kosovo list as more professional and more balanced than in previous elections.

"The LDK gives more importance to people with professional backgrounds. This list has some positive changes," he said, underlining that removing the mayors from the list is "a wise and necessary decision."

He also appreciated the involvement of Shqipe Pantina, whom he considered an added value for the party.

Analyst Sadri Ramabaja assessed that the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has built a list that guarantees it will pass the electoral threshold.

"With this list, the objective is clear: not to jeopardize the threshold. This 10-member list guarantees a real opportunity for 9 to 10 MPs to go," he declared.

Ramabaja said that the combinations within the list clearly show the strategy to consolidate the party's vote.

Analyst Imer Mushkolaj commented in more depth on the AAK list, describing Besnik Tahiri's placement at number 2 as one of the most important developments.

"Besnik Tahiri is one of the most prepared MPs. In the past elections he was number 10. His placement in position 2 is a clear signal of his importance," said Mushkolaj.

He also highlighted Gani Dreshaj's return to the top ten, as well as Arber Tolaj's rise from position 34 to number 5.

"Each party knows its own interests. Mr. Lekaj has certain interests in the electorate where he comes from," Mushkolaj added. /Telegrafi/
