The four people escorted by the Vlora police are suspected of having taken a Kosovar citizen hostage, whom they were holding in an apartment near Rrugës e Re.
Vlora Police reported that the citizens were from the villages of the Vlora River and were demanding 70 thousand euros from the person.
The Kosovar citizen has been held hostage for two weeks and, according to police, is suspected of being raped.
