As part of the "The Wanted" operation and cooperation between Interpol Tirana and Madrid, a 34-year-old Albanian has been arrested in Spain.
The police announce that citizen Juxhin Drazhi has been arrested and will be extradited to our country.
"As a result of the very close cooperation of Interpol Tirana with Interpol Madrid and the Spanish police, within the framework of the international police operation codenamed "The Wanted", the arrest was carried out in Spain, with the aim of extradition to our country, of the Albanian citizen JD, 34 years old. This citizen was declared internationally wanted, after the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, Tirana, in April 2025, assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Trafficking in narcotics", committed in the special form of cooperation, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization"", the police announce.
