Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glaucus Konjufca, congratulated Ferit Hoxha on his appointment as Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania.
Through a post on the social network X, Konjufca emphasized the special connection between Kosovo and Albania, describing it as a relationship built on the history, language, and shared sacrifices of a nation.
"Kosovo and Albania as people of one nation share an enduring bond, rooted in our shared history, language and sacrifices. I look forward to working closely together to further strengthen our special relationship and advance our shared European aspirations," Konjufca wrote.
Meanwhile, Albania's new Foreign Minister, Ferit Hoxha, thanked Konjufca for the congratulations and warm message, emphasizing that Albania and Kosovo share the brotherhood of national belonging, language, history, and identity.
He added that this relationship constitutes a strong basis for deepening cooperation in all areas of common interest, as well as for advancing common European aspirations and strengthening regional stability and cooperation.Telegrafi/
