Agim Veliu, former Minister of Interior and one of the old figures of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), has not been included in the party's list of candidates for MPs for the December 28 extraordinary elections this time.
After the publication of the list, Veliu reacted through a post on Facebook, where he shared a photo of himself with former president Ibrahim Rugova.
Through this symbolism, he has sent a clear message about idealism and political stability.
"When the ideal is greater than the obstacles, every handshake becomes a chapter of history. Not giving up is the force that connects generations: respect for the past, determination for the future," Veliu wrote.
