After US-Russia talks, France urgently calls second summit on Ukraine
France has called for a second summit to discuss Ukraine and European security.

This time, representatives of European states that were absent from Monday's meeting have been invited, as well as NATO ally Canada, according to diplomatic sources who told the agency. reuters.
Those invited to attend include the leaders of Norway, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, Greece, Finland, Romania, Sweden and Belgium, according to the news agency.
The meeting could take place as early as tomorrow and some leaders could participate via video link, two diplomatic sources said.
