After Macron, another French politician is suffering - Jean-Luc Melenchon is being thrown flour

Jean-Luc Mélenchon, French politician, candidate in the presidential elections, experienced an embarrassing moment when, during the protests organized in Paris, a citizen covered him with flour.

While he was speaking to journalists about the march for freedom that was held in French cities, a man approached him throwing flour in his face, Telegraph reports.

So far, no one has been arrested in connection with this incident, and Melenchon has emphasized that such a thing "must be stopped", alluding to the increasingly frequent attacks on politicians.

We remember that last week French President Emmanuel Macron was slapped by a young man, forcing his bodyguards to intervene to calm the situation.

The attacker, who was immediately arrested, was sentenced to four months in prison, while the French president described the case as an "isolated case". /Telegraph/
