Renowned actress and member of the Kosovo Assembly, Adriana Matoshi, has reacted harshly to the statements of the mayor of Skenderaj, Sami Lushtaku, who recently spoke about her using terms that she described as inappropriate and unacceptable.

Matoshi's reaction came through a long post on her official Facebook, where she responded to Lushtaku with strong tones and direct criticism.

"Once upon a time, now the son, now even the father is in the news, Sami. Sami, tell me how I write, how I act in films, in plays, and how I win awards all over the world, how with my work and sweat I take care of both parents and children. And about you Sami? We know everything," wrote Matoshi.

Next, Matoshi listed a series of accusations and claims about how, according to her, Lushtaku has acted over the years, from the war period to the management of assets and tenders.

She wrote, among other things: "They show how you bought land during the war. Now they show, Sami, how you bought land after the war for 50 euros in gold and you sold it to us for 5 thousand. They show how you won tenders. How you declare your wealth. How you insulted and threatened state officials. How your workers have served in both Leposaviq and Skenderaj, Sami."

The VV MP concluded her reaction with a strong message addressed to the mayor of Skenderaj: "I don't know how you have time to deal with me. But even more so since you are not in prison, but mayor of the municipality. You are not at my level, nor will you ever be, because I am not and I have never stooped so low in my life."

Her reaction immediately went viral, sparking numerous debates on social media and in public opinion. It remains to be seen whether Lushtaku will respond to MP Matoshi's statements, while political tensions and public discourse continue to remain in the spotlight. /Telegraph/
