Adele to make her acting debut
Adele will make her official acting debut next year, after landing a role in a new Hollywood film.
The Hello hitmaker, 37, will leave the stage for the set as she signs on to star in fashion designer Tom Ford's new film.
Adele's first acting role comes four years after the release of her album 30.
This film will also mark Tom Ford's first film in nearly a decade, with Adele sharing the screen with Hollywood stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Nicholas Hoult.
According to Deadline, the film will be an adaptation of Anne Rice's novel, Cry To Heaven.
It is understood that Tom Ford will direct the film and has also written the script, while his production company, Fade To Black, will finance the project.
Pre-production has begun, with the hope that filming will begin in Rome, Italy, in January 2026.
