Adelina Ismaili remembers Ibrahim Rugova: Eternal memory for you, president – he was of the people, by the people and for the people
Albanian pop diva, Adelina Ismaili, has remembered the historic president of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova, on the 19th anniversary of his passing.
With a touching post on Instagram, the singer shared a video that included three photos of her with President Rugova, taken years ago, showing her continued respect for the historical figure who left an indelible mark on the history of Kosovo.
To accompany this special memory, Adelina put on the video her iconic song dedicated to Ibrahim Rugova, "Ushtrën time do ta bëj me Ibrahim Rugovën", a musical creation that symbolizes the spirit of that time and the values that Rugova represented.
In the video caption, she wrote: "Eternal memory to you, president, you were of the people, by the people and for the people."
Adelina's post sparked numerous emotions and reactions from her followers, who expressed gratitude and respect for President Rugova, a beloved leader and symbol of peace and national unity. /Telegraph/
