Actor Timothy Busfield released from prison

American actor Timothy Busfield has been released from custody and will be freed after a court in New Mexico ruled that the risks in this case could be managed through strict release conditions.
The decision was made after a two-hour hearing, where it was assessed that there is no evidence of a pattern of criminal behavior or previous violations of court orders.
The court imposed strict measures on Busfield, including a ban on contact with the alleged victims and minors, a ban on weapons, alcohol and drugs, and an obligation to appear in court regularly.

The actor faces charges of sexual contact with minors and child abuse, linked to two 11-year-old boys during the filming of the series "The Cleaning Lady."
He surrendered voluntarily on January 13 and has denied all charges, calling them false.
Meanwhile, after the arrest warrant was released, another allegation of sexual harassment from 2001 emerged, which Busfield and his lawyer have denied, stressing that it has not been proven and relates to much older events. /Telegraph/
