About 99 percent of votes counted, close result for Pristina

In the local elections held in Pristina, 102,938 votes out of a total of 222,326 (46,30%) have been processed so far, including 265 out of 268 polling stations (98,88%).
According to the results updated on October 13, 2025, the mayoral race remains close between the two main parties:
Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) – Rama Progress: 33,76% (34,752 votes)
Self-Determination Movement (VV) – Hajrulla Çeku: 33,05% (34,022 votes)
Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) – Uran Ismaili: 27,77% (28,588 votes)
Other parties received lower percentages of votes:
AAK – Bekë Berisha: 3,12% (3,208 votes)
PSD – Besa Shahini: 1,55% (1,591 votes)
Fatmire Selimi: 0,24% (251 votes)
Alternative – Merkur Beqiri: 0,19% (192 votes)
Pristina in your hand – Agim Krasniqi: 0,17% (175 votes)
Lulzim Syla: 0,08% (84 votes)
The Age of the Goddess in Pristina – Nedime Belegu: 0,07% (74 votes)
The race continues to be unpredictable, while the processing of remaining votes could bring small changes in percentages.
The Central Election Commission (CEC) in Kosovo has announced that the turnout in the October 12 local elections is 39.47 percent.
This figure is lower compared to the first round of local elections held in 2021, when just over 43 percent turnout was recorded.
The CEC announced that the election process went well, without major incidents.
According to CEC data, 2.069.098 citizens were eligible to vote in these elections.
Around 44.000 of them were able to vote by mail from abroad between September 17 and October 11. /Telegraph/
