The Kosovo Police announced that during a checkpoint, the police unit stopped a van with Serbian license plates and a Serbian citizen driver, and during the search they found and seized about 120 bags of potatoes, weighing about 3000 kg.
The incident occurred in Hodonoc, Kamenica, on Saturday at 21:10 PM.
"During a checkpoint, the police unit stopped a van with Serbian license plates and a male driver, a Serbian citizen, and during the search, they found and seized about 120 bags of potatoes weighing about 3000 kg," the announcement states.
The suspect was escorted to the police station and, by decision of the prosecutor, the suspect was released in the regular procedure, while the goods were sent to the customs terminal for further processing. /Telegraph/
