Police units of the Capital Directorate have arrested a person suspected of counterfeiting money.
The person was arrested just a few minutes after the police received information that he had attempted to make a payment with counterfeit money.
At the time of the arrest, the suspect was in a passenger taxi, where he attempted to hide counterfeit money, approximately 3 thousand euros in 200 euro banknotes, which were found and seized by the police.
Kosovo Police have launched investigations into the case, while the suspect has been taken into custody.
