The leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Lumir Abdixhiku, has declared his assets for 2025 in the form published by the Anti-Corruption Agency (APK) on April 23.
In this declaration, Abdixhiku presented an extensive list of real estate, movable assets, income and financial obligations.
Four real estate properties
According to the declaration, Abdixhiku owns four real estate properties:
A 214 m² house, purchased in 2014 for 200 thousand euros, listed as joint property;
A house inherited from parents with an area of 200 m² and a declared value of 150 thousand euros;
A 1500 m² plot of land, inherited from grandparents, worth 90 thousand euros;
A 174 m² apartment, purchased on credit in 2023 for 260 thousand euros, also co-owned with his wife.
Movable assets and shares
In movable assets, Abdixhiku has declared a Mercedes Benz car purchased in 2019 on credit, worth 25 thousand euros, which is owned by his wife.
Also, his wife holds 25% of the shares in the company "Ampera Group", with a declared value of 2,500 euros.
Cash and liabilities
Regarding cash, Abdixhiku stated:
370 euros in a current account at NLB Bank,
10 thousand euros in Raiffeisen Bank, both as salary and savings.
While his wife has declared 1,609 thousand euros at NLB Bank.
In the financial liabilities section, the following are presented:
An overdraft of 2 thousand euros at Raiffeisen Bank,
29 thousand euro loan for house renovation, in the name of the wife at NLB Banka,
126 thousand euro loan from Raiffeisen Bank for the purchase of an apartment in Marigona Hill, co-owned with his wife.
Annual income
From his position as a member of the Kosovo Assembly, Abdixhiku has declared an income of 19,904 euros per year. He also has income of 24 thousand euros from his engagement at Riinvest College.
Meanwhile, his wife earns 12 thousand euros per year from her job at the company "Monten SHPK".
Lumir Abdixhiku's full asset declaration is accessible to the public through the official website of the Anti-Corruption Agency.
