A woman was left without signs of life today at around 07:40 on the "Ibrahim Rugova" highway.
The news was confirmed for the Telegraph by the spokesperson of the Kosovo Police, Baki Kelani.
It is further reported that this accident involved a car and a heavy transport vehicle - a truck, with local license plates.
"Today, at around 07:40, on the "Ibrahim Rugova" highway at kilometer 26, a traffic accident with fatal consequences occurred. A heavy transport vehicle-truck, with local license plates and a car with foreign license plates were involved in this accident. As a result of the accident, the driver of the vehicle lost his life, while the driver of the truck suffered injuries," said Kelani.
Kelani also said that the victim's death was confirmed by the medical team at the scene.
"In addition to the police units that are dealing with the case, the fire department and relevant units have also arrived at the scene. The Kosovo Police appeals for respect for traffic rules and to be extra careful while participating in traffic," Kelani said. /Telegrafi/
