A total of 11 players risk suspension for the semi-final match between Inter and Bayern Munich

A total of 11 players between Bayern Munich and Inter Milan risk being suspended from a possible Champions League semi-final if their team advances to today's (Wednesday) quarter-final.

Inter coach Simone Inzaghi has six of his players in that category, including Lautaro Martinez, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Benjamin Pavard, Alessandro Bastoni, Nicolo Barella and Denzel Dumfries.

Each of the aforementioned players has two yellow cards in the competition so far. A third yellow card will see them suspended for the first leg of the semi-final if they progress.

On the other hand, Bayern have five players in this category, including Kingsley Coman, Serge Gnabry, Leroy Sane and Konrad Laimer, who each have two yellow cards.

Fifth is Leon Goretzka, who has served a one-match suspension in this competition this season, but has four yellow cards and risks a fifth.

Otherwise, players are suspended for one game for each of the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th yellow cards. /Telegraph/
