Tetovo SPB announces that it has detained a person from Gostivar who is suspected of committing theft in a church.
"Today (05.01.2026) at 08.50) on the "Goce Delchev" boulevard in Gostivar, police officers from the Gostivar Police Department have deprived the person FI (35) from the village of Vrutok in Gostivar of his liberty.
He is suspected of committing a robbery at the "Saint Mary the Virgin" church in Gostivar during the morning hours, where he stole money.
"Parts of the stolen money were found and confiscated from him. The same person was detained at the police station and after documenting the case, a relevant complaint will be prepared against him," the Tetovo Police Station announced. /Telegraph/
