The Ministry of Interior announces that a criminal complaint has been filed against a 66-year-old man from Ohrid who is suspected of committing the criminal offense of "illegal construction".
"SPB Ohrid has filed a criminal complaint against GL (66) from the village of Leskoec in Ohrid, due to the well-founded suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "illegal construction".
"He, without obtaining the relevant final construction permit for construction, issued by the Urbanism and Construction Land Management Sector of the Municipality of Ohrid, on a cadastral plot located in the area called "Debello Pole" near Ohrid, illegally built a building," the Ministry of Internal Affairs says.
