The trial for the fire at the Pulse discotheque in Kocani continues today in the Idrizovo courtroom of the Basic Criminal Court in Skopje. Today's hearing is scheduled to include testimony from the legal representatives of the injured parties in the case.

Before the hearing began, the court announced that a mobile phone was found in the cell of Dejan Jovanov - Deko, owner of the "Pulse" discotheque.

Judge Dijana Gruevska-Ilievska warned Jovanov and indicated that if such an incident occurred again, stricter measures would be imposed, including a ban on visits.

Finding a mobile phone in detention units is considered a serious disciplinary violation, as it allows unhindered communication with the outside world, which could affect the course of court proceedings, the investigation or witnesses.
The trial continues with the presentation of evidence and hearings from the parties to the proceedings./Telegraph/
