The State Police have arrested a 48-year-old man in Tirana after he threatened to kill his wife and son.
The police announced that they have seized a cutting tool (machete) with which the suspect was threatening.
"While under house arrest, the 48-year-old was threatening his wife and son that he would kill them. The 48-year-old was arrested. The cutting tool (machete) with which the XNUMX-year-old was threatening was seized," the announcement states.
Furthermore, it is stated that as a result of professional police intervention, the criminal incident in this family was prevented, and the suspected perpetrator of the case, citizen EB, 48 years old, resident of Tirana, was arrested in flagrante delicto.
Further verifications regarding the case revealed that the 48-year-old was currently under house arrest for the criminal offense of "Theft."
The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action. /Telegrafi/
