The services of Police Commissariat Number Three, in cooperation with the Narcotics Section during the checks, have stopped for verification on "Dritan Hoxha" street, citizen KL, 31 years old.
He did not obey the orders of the police officers during the verification actions and for this reason, he was escorted to the police station, where his father, ML, 57 years old, and his sister's husband, AB, 33 years old, then appeared, who also objected to the police officers escorting citizen KL.
Following the procedural actions in the case, all three of these citizens were prosecuted at large, for the criminal offense of "Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer".
As part of the coded police operation "Backyard", searches were carried out in the apartment of citizens ML and KL, on "Besa" street, and in the apartment of the husband of citizen KL's other sister, citizen ML's daughter, citizen KK, 41 years old.
In the yard of KK's apartment, a container was found hidden, inside which was a quantity of the narcotic substance cocaine divided into doses, ready for sale.
At the conclusion of the procedural actions, the 41-year-old was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense of production and sale of narcotics.
