38 injured in the fire in Kocani are being treated and rehabilitated at the city hospital

27 young people injured in the fire in Kocani have begun rehabilitation at the city's General Hospital, where a total of 38 patients are being treated.

They have been placed in the departments of neurology, surgery and physical therapy, and their health is stable, authorities inform.

"The hospital also put into operation the Hyperbaric Chamber, which was received as a donation. This therapy will help in the rapid regeneration of skin with burns and the treatment of intoxication caused by smoke. One hour in the hyperbaric chamber replaces 7 to 10 days staying in the mountain," the doctors say.

Meanwhile, training for medical staff from the Stip Clinical Hospital is being conducted by experts from Great Britain and Spain with experience in treating burns and fractures. /Telegraph/
