316 out of 914 polling stations are being recounted, the number of counting teams is being increased in the CNR

The Central Election Commission announces that the counting of ballots is continuing at the Counting and Results Center according to the list of polling stations for which the CEC has decided to recount.
From the beginning of this process (Tuesday, January 13, 2026, 18:00) and until now (Saturday, January 17, 2026, 10:00), 316 out of 914 polling stations have been recounted, which belong to the municipalities: Deçan (5/5), Gjakova (15/15), Gllogovc (7/7), Gjilan (13/13), Dragash (57/57), Istog (6/6), Kaçanik (45/45), Klina (6/6), Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje (6/6), Kamenicë (5/5), Mitrovica e Jugu (10/10), Leposaviq (25/25), Lipjan (9/9), Novobërdë (2/2), Obiliq (3/3), Rahovec (8/8), Peja (14/14), Podujevo (11), Prishtina (26/26) and Prizren. (43/235).
"According to the data, so far the recount process has been completed in 19 municipalities, while during the rest of the day, other municipalities, in turn, will be included in this process.
Meanwhile, at the Counting and Results Center, the number of recount tables has been increased, from 20 to 26," the announcement states.
