Two payments to farmers were made today. A payment in the total amount of 265.720.530,00 denars was made to 4.659 farmers for additional direct payments for measure 1.3 for the realized production of wheat, barley, sunflower, oilseed rape and poppy seeds, from the Program for Financial Support in Agriculture for 2024, informs the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy.
The ministry explains that this is a current payment for 2024 and is intended to support the production of agricultural crops highlighted in 2024.
"At the same time, funds worth 16.041.565,00 denars were also paid today from Measure-121 - Investments for the modernization of the agricultural economy, sub-measure 121.1. Supply of high-yielding pedigree calves (excluding Busha calves), from the Rural Development Financial Support Program for 2023", explains the MBPEU.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy announces that they are continuing with the payment of subsidies and investments.
