20 euros and 1 thousand Swiss francs - bank employee in Peja encounters counterfeit banknotes during inspection

Kosovo Police have announced a case of counterfeit money in Peja.
The incident occurred on "Tony Blair" Street.
"Peja 07.11.2025. On 21.11.2025, the male Kosovar complainant, a bank employee, reported that during the search he encountered banknotes worth €20 and 1.000 Swiss francs, which are suspected to be counterfeit, which were allegedly deposited on the specified date," the announcement states.
The suspected banknotes have been seized for further examination. The case is being investigated. /Telegrafi/
