Karisma Hotels & Resorts and Dobrov & Family Group proudly announce the start of construction of the luxury hotel-residential complex in front of the beach "Porta Rai" in Ulcinj, Montenegro.
In November of this year, the construction of one of the most important tourist projects in the last decade in this part of Europe will begin, and the value of the estimated investment is 160 million euros.

Name "Porta Rai" carries a deep symbolic meaning and symbolizes the "gate of heaven". That is, "PORTA" is a Latin word meaning "great gate", while the word "RAI" refers to "heaven" or "heaven".
"We tried to offer something innovative and different in the regional market through the development of the "Porta Rai" concept, and then also in its positioning. High quality residential units are a key component of our offer, but the biggest focus in development is on facilities for children and families.
