A pensioner from Negotina has offended the entire village of Krivolak through a video published on social networks.

Such a complaint was filed by 107 residents of Krivolak against 67-year-old Lj.T. from Negotina, whom they accuse of publishing a video with untruths and insults on national grounds, related to the electoral process.


"According to the investigation, on October 20, he, through his personal profile and another profile that he manages himself on social networks, published a video in which he used offensive and derogatory expressions against the residents of the village of Krivolak, calling for discrimination and denial of the right to vote for a group of citizens on ethnic grounds. On October 21, the SPB Negotino received three reports, while on October 24, a written report was received from 107 residents of Krivolak, who reported that the video, published publicly, contained untruths and insults on a national basis related to the electoral process," explained the SPB Velesi.

The report has been sent to the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office of Kavadarci, while the 67-year-old is accused of "spreading racist and xenophobic materials through a computer system", an offense provided for in Article 394-g paragraph 2 in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
